Q: Govt Job rejected Due to Quashed FIR

My name was included in a family dispute happened due to property one of my family members filed an fir against my whole family including me under Sections 191(2)(3) 115(2) 333 352 351(3) 109 of BNSS and after Sometime Property Dispute is resolved and they Are ready to compromise So we filed a joint petition for fir Quashing because they have made a fake case of attempt to murder to put pressure on us and thereafter Case is quashed by the high court but my SSC joining is not allowed

Hi. Did you disclose the fact about FIR in DAF/ DV. If yes then it's not your mistake. Each year there are many students whose joining is turned down because of a pending or quashed FIR. Q: Being forced to serve 60 days notice period

I joined the company in August, In September, I filed resignation. They hired me under consulting contract which states 60-days notice period is needed. But their handbook stated that 15 days notice period may be accepted. And I acted based on this. Now they want me to serve 60 days notice period or a buy-out.

Q: Bank Balance and Property Related

In my family I have my mother and 3 sisters and my wife. Elder and small sister both are unmarried. My two elder sisters has government jobs. My father was a bank manager and so now mother is a pension holder. I am a self empleyd and dont have a fix regular income source. After my fathers death my mother started to staying with my elder sister along with my small sisiter outside hometown and refused to give any financial support. She refused to give a little amount from pension and holds entire bank balance of my father with her. I dont know anyting about my fathers bank balance. They are not keeping any contact with me to ask. I am staying at my fathers house now but here all properties are undevided. My father had 3 brothers and a sister and all properties are belongs to my grandfather and currently staying in his name. Can I get some portion of my fathers bank balance and my grandfathers property ? Please give me a proper solution I am helpless from all sides.
