Q: Filing a case against husband for adultery & to claim for alimony

I am a hindu female married for 2 yrs .. My husband is having an affair with a girl and they are physical too as per the sources. They both started a business a year ago about which my husband didn't told me till date. They both work in that office in the day time and spend time in the rented room in evening. He tells me that he is going to work about which I know but he straight away land to his business place. I wanted to know that if I file a case I wanted to involve that girl too and should I get the alimony if he says he is unemployed? Because the original about which I know he said he is resigning. May b because he will then fool me and he will work with that lady. Kindly do let me know all the measures and actions I can take against both of them.

Hi. Mam... U have lot of legal action against ur husband..... Maintenance case against ur husband. And one case u can filed against ur husband adultary And u can also file dv case..and can a fir 498 a ipc also....

Q: How can a wife claim rights from a joint property

My father in law purchased a property on the name of my mother in-law in 2006, in which I also gave 25% money share to purchase it. And that payment I had made via chq. Now I hv matrimonial distributes. My husband filed the divorce. And not ready to pay alimony. I want to claim on that property as I m also hv right on that property bcoz I gave money to purchase it. Or Do I get my money back as the property rate at this time? Plz suggest me.

Mam .... The wife has not right of matrimonial property. But she has right to residence under domestic act 2005 . But you have benamidar of that property to given 25 percent money by cheque. So u have 25 percent share also...

Yes.you should file fir And no one person force you .....for marriagethe indian law has providing lot of rights of females and their citizens.... So u can file a criminal case against all the persons....
