Does grandson have any right on grandmother property after death of father and grandmother?

The answer to your question is yes.As per hindu law you would have share in your grandmother property.Though that share would follow through your father i.e. to say on death of your grandmother her property would be partitioned presuming your father was alive and whatever share your father should have got you will have right in the same alongwith your siblings and mother.
