How to get alimony in expartie case where husband did not come cone purposely ? What if he had sold his house also ? He lied about his work status as well. I mean fake/wrong information given by him about his wife and her family about his work . Is it girl duty to do dasti ? What if girl already got threatening from her husband to kill you otherwise return all the cases ? Being a victim do i have a right to talk to judge directly and make him aware about my current situation ? how much money required for such type of cases ?

I live in Canada, I have filled divorce petition first in Canada and my Ex-wife replied but she did not agree on divorce, after that she filed a false case on me and my family from Canada to an NRI cell in India which was closed on a good note after the Police did their thorough investigation. My parents are also Permanent residents like me in Canada. My ex-wife is planning to go to India now and she is doing this for a reason. She filed in Amritsar. nnOn the other hand, my parents had disowned my elder brother and sister in law in 2020 and his wife had filed a dowry case also in 2021.She filed in DelhinnMy ex-wife and my ex sister in law both are targeting us, my ex wife wants to go because she wants to support  case in my sister-in-law also my ex wife wants to take support in her case from my ex-sister-in-lawPlease advise if you can advise on this matter, do you think, if my ex wife goes and meets with my ex sister in law they can hurt us more and spoil our reputation.

first of all , relax and need to be worry . matrimonial disputes are common now a days and even courts are aware that maximum number of cases are filed on false grounds. court will not grant any sort of relief in a hurry it will take time, and you will get the opportunity to put your side as well. hire a good lawyer for you. Fight your case strongly , she will not succeed in her evil intentions.
