I have bought a Flat in Cash, I m the 2nd Buyer,I have the Original Deed. Issue is now again I m going to sell this flat,but I have only IGR copy but no possession letter from previous owner,would this be problem to get loan for the buyer now?

Your flat comes under which jurisdiction and state? There can be many other documents required to sell as per the recent Supreme court orders. So you need to tell you how many papers do you have for the flat and also do you have any payment details when you bought that flat?

A few of my relatives want to grab property and fixed deposits left behind by my late father. My mother is 75 and partially blind. They want to use her signature. They are planning to have me kidnapped using local criminals. Am stuck at home in fear.

Sir i am married in Jan 2023 at Delhi, During my preganancy in Sep 23 I left my Husband s home and came back to Kolkata due to mental torture and harassment by my inlaws and husband never took stand for me and got involved with them. After that they(inlaws+husband) visited my parents home multiple times without prior information to take me. But due to that mental trauma I refused to return back.
