Q: Made a mistake to get married, want to annual marriage
Hi, I am 19 year old, I got married 9 months ago when I was 18, my wife was 23, it was an arranged marriage, after that, I took her to other city where I lived, I found out she had a bf for 6 years but her parents forcefully married her off to me, then after sometime, I found her cheating, when told her family about it, they threatening me for 15 lakhs else they will file false cases against me, I talked to a lawyer, they said my marriage will be void as I was underage, what to do.
Advocate Ujjwal Ashutosh answered
it's voidable not void prima facie but you need to initiate it so that you have an upper hand despite them filing any false case only thing is that you if feel that there is no way it can be sorted then you should immediately take a legal action rest it might be bit emotionally draining so do take care of that.

Q: Breach of Decree in a Mutual Divorce.
As per the decree I am in possession and ordered to pay the house EMIs till it is sold. I am the Co-borrower in home loan but my ex-wife is the primary applicant and solely owner. I continued to pay the EMIs to my ex-wife(as bank deduct EMIs from her account) and living alone in the house until last month my ex-wife called up and asked to vacate the house. I vacate the house within 24 hrs. Now She is saying that I have to continue pay the EMIs and threating.
Advocate Ujjwal Ashutosh answered
why did you vacate in the first place? She can clearly not act or ask you to act against the court's order or decree it will be really great if you can brief me about the entire scenario and the legal issues between you and your wife
Q: Second Marriage After Divorces

Q: Can police verification reopen old or untraced FIR for jobs?
Suppose an incident happened 3 years ago, and it’s unknown whether any FIR was filed. No notice/summons was received & nothing appears on eCourt site. If an FIR exists but police took no action or had the wrong number/address, can it appear during govt job police verification? Can verification itself reopen it or cause legal trouble, or only affect administrative processes?
Advocate Ujjwal Ashutosh answered
it won't reopen but it's in record and it may surface with the details you need not to worry if you had a clean past or got acquitted because you were either falsely implicated or with the IA or court didn't find it credible enough but again all the cases vary from one another but no where it leads to reopening as mentioned in your question
