Q: Property Buyer refuse to pay Brokerage and threateing broker
I’m property broker One Buyer asked me to search a suitable property for him. I showed him property along with his wife and shared all the information about the property and its Owners. Later based on my information he went directly to the seller and made a deal. He refused to pay brokerage. I don't have any brokerage agreement but have call recording of our conversation regarding said property and our whatsapp Chat record available as proof. Can I sue him the fraud/cheating done by him.

Sir, If u have a licence to practice as a brokerage agent then the call recordings u have will allow you to have a right against the buyers. But if u dont have a licence and ur state allows property broking only on the basis of brokerage licence, then u cannot go to the Court, for that u will have to check out ur state policy on the matter
