Q: Education institute promised job, but now cannot get me a job

I am a student. I have completed 100% job gurrented course from an accounting education institute. But after course completion Institute is not provide me job. I have many time send e mail to institute Head office regarding job. But not provide me job. What can I do. Is this matter consumer court case. Please provide me a legal advise if I am do any legal action against institute. What result in this case.

You can't go to consumer court because there is no deficiency in-service on the part of educational institute as you have successfully completed your course. However if there is term and condition mentioned in the broucher of the institute that they are giving guarantee to provide job when you complete your degree. In such a case you can file criminal complaint of cheating
