Q: Government issued a 2 different plot can we filed case

sir, we have purchase a plot in 1989 in rajasthan,in 1992 patta issued, in 1996 SDM issued another patta on my plot, should we file the case against government. suit can be file or not

You do not require to challenge second allotment. You continue to enjoy your possession and property. It is the second owner who have been cheated by government. Let him take any action if he desires.Pls send further details to give complete reply.

Q: Appointed for govt job first extended my period now terminating me

Im appointed in medical college as a urgent temporary basis staff nurse for 6 months.than govt extended my job time.for 3 months in 2 time .now rajasthan govt want to terminate from my job.wht can I do?

You should file writ petition in high court and seek stay order . Earlier high court have granted relief in such cases and stayed the termination order till regular selection takes place. You may also claim regularisation at later stage

Q: can i or my father suit against grandfathers property till he is alive

my grandfather got a property from his father in 1964 on 2rs stamp paper as a approval letter with signatures but it is not registered.one shop and 3 flats are in this property.we purchased one flat on my mothers name.he has 5 children (1 grl 4 son)two flats are gifted to my two uncle.1 uncle was gifted his self earned another property.shop was verbelly given to me before 4 years,now he is going to sell my shop.we dont have any other earning source.we are 7 grandson in which 5 r cousins.on what ground i or my father can suit in court against grandfather to save shop to be sold and get a stay.

I may clearify that grandson and son have right in ansetral property right from there birth. They have there share as per succession act . Grandfather can transfer only his share in the ansetral property . This is the law but facts stated are not clear . Needs more details on facts. Son should file suit against his father . In presence of father the grandson can't sue this grandfather.
