since you are only 18 years old your age marriage is 21 years so you can not get married at this age and the age of the girl is fine at the moment. so you can not get married until you attain the age of 21 years.

Q: Running a dental clinic in my house should the meter be commercial

I am running a dental clinic at my residence. Area of my house is 3200 sqft.It is a freehold plot.i am using 500 sqft area as clinic.i am having a separate electricity meter for clinic. Should the meter be commercial or residential?

You are runnig a dental clinic in your house premises which is a business/ Commercial activity activity so in order to run your business i.e. you dental clinic you have to have a commercial meter installed at the said premises for that particular location.

Q: what will happen if manager refuses rehiring of employee

I want to re-join my previous organization. but my manager done my re-hiring status is NO, I worked there 3 years without any illegal action, and my performance was good. please advise can i file case against my manager?

What was the reason that you had left your previous organisation and if you left with a reason why do you want to rejoin the same organisation ? May be the manager is not able to hire any one since there is no vacancy .Without any valid reason no action can be taken against the manager.

Q: Father has 2 wives and children from both how to distribute property

dear sir, my father married with two wives, from first wives one son and from 2nd wives 3 sons and one daughter after the death of all wives and my father, how property is distributed between all brothers and sisters. there is no will.

In this case all the property would be equally divided among all the existing legal heirs since the property is self acquired property of your father.It does not mater whether the children are from first wife or from second wife they all have equal rights

Q: Is registering purchase of house at awas Vikas office necessary?

Hi sir, my grandfather brought a house from a lady. He paid all the amount. We are staying from the last 18 yrs in that house. That lady claim the case against my grandfather that he forcefully bought that house without pay the full amount. We have all the documents like registry, n all the signed notries which shows he made all the amount . But my grandfather have not register the name in awas Vikas office. What should we do. Is this serious matter. We received the notice from awas Vikas because that lady go to awas Vikas office n raise the request. Please suggest

whether this house had been transferred by awas vikas by way of sale or by lease ,if it was trafered by way of sale then no transfer permission was required but, if it was transferred by way of lease the permission was need for selling lease hold rights.In this query it is not clear as to how the person from whom your grandfather had purchased this property got for awas vikas. so you please mention this in order to get the appropriate remedy.
