I have applied for bail for my bother in Bangalore session court for IPC 306 and 498.Its a suicide case of his wife and she left a death not and in that my brother name is mentioned. He is in judicial custody for 7 Days. What are the chances to get bail in Bangalore.

Hi sad to know about your brother. There are possiblity for getting bail for him on various grounds. We also need to check papers and find out loopholes . Was there any allegation of cruelty other than the letter ?

Q: Legal action against wife & in laws for mental torture

I m and my wife  Marriage date is 03/11/2014 And she mentally torchered me since after 5 month and her Father and mother doesn't respond me and she is going to self socied and other torched and anxiety and I ll give legal notice once time she responds my legal notice lie and I ll give second notice doesn't respond second notice some times she calls me and you come to my father home I ll come and some time s I come through court and she is mentally torched me what I ll do pls help me some one Matrimonial religion

What kind of torture? And for what reason. Does she have suicidal tendencies. Do u have children ? I somehow feel she is having coping up problems or due to some kind of depression. I feel first you visit a family counsellor and seek professional advice and see what advice they give. Next seek a lawyer advice.

What exactly is the case details . You can seek direction only in certain exceptional cases. It all depends on the reasons for delay. In what way you are being affected ? What is the offence . Without details it's difficult to ascertain whether you can file writ

Q: False allegations of cruelty and dowry by wife

Husband suffering from HIV wife deliberately alleges false cruelty and harrasememt of dowry and files for maintenance is husband suffering from HIV liable to pay

This is utter cruelty. Be strong and firm. She has to prove cruelty and harassment. She just can make allegations. False cases is a penal offence . Regarding maintenance what is the HIV status at present . It all depends on your financial status and your health status at present. HIV patients cannot be harassed for that matter. It's your human right to live peacefully. Take care.

Q: Defence against criminal accusations for revenge

My wife deserted me along with daughter(4.10yrs now) on Jul/15 then during Dec/15 lodged DVA for interim but till trial is on! referred even mediation it failed as my wife is too egoistic,Arrogant and Adamant.The on Feb/16 I filed G&WC & RCR and for G&WC got interim order, RCR is almost about to close in 2-3 hearings as I am recalling my family. Then during Jan/17 she filed Dowry case(498) and forgery (468) saying I wrote anonymous letters to her employer & relatives to spoil reputation by forging her signature, then I got stay at HC bench for all of my elders except me, now she & her father are desperate and forcing investigation officer(police) to complete investigation and submit charge sheet to court at the earliest just to harass!, but sofar police have delayed to see if we could rejoin.Now to be on safer side as my wife & father in-law tend to be in revenge mode! what smart steps do I need to take to safeguard self from 468 case, please suggest? Thanks in advance.

You have to approach HC as u did for elders. Chargesheet filing has not been done . For how many months it has been delayed . ? You get the FIR quashed. And for this entire papers we have to go through. And find out the grounds to get it quashed.
