If a person is accused of attempt to murder then is it required for him to stay in jail during his trial in court?

It is totally depends on the chargesheet and case dairy which one prepared by the I.O and produce before the LD court and it is also evident that there is a possibility to temparing evidence by the accused.

Q: Can a person go abroad when on bail

I and my wife got falsely implicated with a counter case. Relaxation is on process for the 2nd time as IO did not get notice for case dairy. Lawyer and IO dragging. What if FRT is given removing 354? And what if chargesheet is given ? If chargesheet given well our bail get cancelled. Then what r the steps to be taken. So what should be the next steps after relaxation?

Cancellation of your bail is totally depends on the chargesheet which one is being filled by the I.O. before the LD. Court, if ingredients of the chargesheet is being lenient then both of are releived and your bail is confirmed.

Q: False rape case filled, how to save myself

Sir/Madam, We have been facing lot of problems with a promoter. Since we have cancelled his power of attorney, he started blackmailing us, framing us under fake charges. One such fake charge includes a fake rape case against my uncle and his father. We are afraid of the fact that my uncle might get arrested after the court re opens. We are too much depressed even during this happy festival of Diwali. I need some advices and solutions. Please help me as soon as possible.

Q: Remedy in case family got released in 498A easily

I am a Hindu girl. Was immensely tortured physically and mentally by hisband and inlaws. Lodged complain. 498A impounded. But all got bail. I m staying with my parents they forced me to leave the house. I am working. So everyway my husband and inlaws got free from this case. They are happily living now as I moved out and me my parents all in despair after the kind of torture they did with me and the kind of shame this narriage has brought to us. What way can law help me to punish this family I ant to know. A workig wife so a husband will wash off his hands from all duties. This is what law says? They got bail also. So now all happy. My SIL interfered too much to ruin my married life. She is married but still has evry hold of my husband. She never let me live peacefully.

Your condition is so miserable, but law can help a lot , your case can be filled under Domestic Violence Act.and other provisions of criminal procedure code, which gives a legal punishment to your husband as well as your in_laws .
