I and a few other people want to build a startup next year. It is a video game development company. When do we need to register for a company and how exactly? Also, is it okay if we wait until we make some profit and then register for a trademark? Lastly, how would we register for taxation and will we be exempted till a certain extent for being a startup?

But Company TErminate me on 4 March 2017, without given any Notice Period just Say" as reported by Your State Unit your performance is not satisfactorily we will terminate you. My state team given false report and appointed a person of there own reference. Should i can do anything in that case or they have a right to terminate me.?

As far as i can understand with your quoted matter, there should be clause of serving prior notice or prior intimation regarding termination matter.Further you can refer to your appointment letter terms and conditions for further clarity.Apart from that, yes you can challenge the report content [if you are confident about its falseness] and matter they sent further which had created ground for your termination.
