Q: I got job from Compassionate Appointments because my father got expire

so we are 5 brother and mother is alive, I got govt job, im ready to give maintenance to my mother but my mother is saying to me that I have to give money to 4 brothers from my salary and also they want money of my gratuity, all tough they are not nominee, but my mother is being manipulated and saying I'll go court and will terminate your job if you don't give money to your 4 brother so please tell me what to do

Neither your mother nor your brothers are entitled to recieve your gratuity amount. However, you have a duty to maintain your mother but not your brothers. Moreover, your mother would have no case against your if she goes to Court.

1. Prepare a will. Get it attested by two witnesses. Get it registered before Sub-registrar at your nearest registry office.2. No need to get the property registered and mutated separately. Naturally, your wife would be the class-I successor of your property.

As per your query I believe that you are a female and I don't think that being 18 year old female gives you right to just leave your house. The reason is very weird considering that you are 18 plus so you want to leave your house but I but I believe that more than legal help you need a psycatrist's help

Despite submitting all required documents and following up through the appropriate channels, there has been no progress or approval. What could be the possible reasons for such a delay at the Circle Office, and what legal steps can I take to ensure my application is processed in a timely manner?

As you are saying that there is a delay of 3 years in disposing of your representation to the circle officer, in this case, now you can go directly to the sub divisional officer, wherever possible, and if SDO doesn't answer your questions then you can move to the deputy commissioner or the collector at your district and there after if there is no remedy then you can come directly to the Hon'ble High Court u/Art. 226

Q: As per offer letter if salary is not given & dismissal while demanding

If a permanent teacher on probation is wrongfully restrained by the principal of DAV public school, Bistupur , Jamshedpur instead of proper termination letter or order without any reason even after his good performance without conducting any enquiry or giving fair chance to defend or without showcause notice. Even blocked from every communication, salary as per offer letter was not given. will this private unaided education fall under writ jurisdiction article 226? Will it be maintainable?

Yes, on the ground of violation of principle of natural justice, you can definitely move before the honourable Jharkhand High Court under article 226 of the Indian Constitution. A case is very much made out for quashing of the said letter.
