hello, I will advice you to file a divorce petition through your lawyer on the basis of appropriate ground. if Ur wife is also ready for divorce then please file a mutual consent divorce that will be better option for both of you.

Q: संस्थान द्वारा EPF account नही खोले जाने के संबंध में।

हम लोग national health mission के तहत पिछले 10 साल से काम कर रहे है। वर्ष 2008 में salary 10 हजार, फिर दूसरे साल 11 हजार, इस तरह अभी 28 हजार है। हमलोगो को salary एक मुश्त account पर मिलता है। अभी तक कोई EPF account संस्थान की तरफ से नही खोला गया है। संस्थान 15 हजार तक के salary वालो का वर्ष 2015 से EPF account खोली है। चूंकि वर्ष 2015 में हमलोगों का salary 15 हजार से ज्यादा था, इसलिए हमलोगों का EPF account नही खोला गया। अभी भी संस्थान 15 हजार से अधिक salary वालो का EPF account खोलने से मना करती है और कहती है कि 15 हजार से ऊपर वालो की EPF एकाउंट खोलने की आवश्यकता/बाध्यता नही है। इस संदर्भ में हमलोगों का कुछ पक्ष बनता है या नही? यदि बनता है तो क्या करना चाहिए। धन्यवाद।

Hello sir/mam First of all I want to inform you that EPF is your right and no one can bar you to open EPF account.EPF scheme aims to provide financial security to the employees after their retirement.this is a scheme available to all salaried employees.You have to contact an advocate who will guide you legally.

Q: How to file for individual bankruptcy

I have personal loan of 3 lakhs and credit card due of 1.5 lakhs. Till May 18, I paid all EMI and Dues on time, but from March 18 I am jobless and unable to pay now. I like to file Individual Bankruptcy. Please let me know how to do and under which section (as of now, after amendment of 2016 of IBT).

Hello sir/mam Bankruptcy is filed in an individual capacity with/without including the spouse, but first, you will have to hire a lawyer to help prepare the petition.After the suit has been filed, the court shall fix a date for hearing. Here, you will be required to produce books of accounts, an inventory of your properties and the list of creditors. The court will examine your conduct, dealings and properties in the presence of the creditors. This gives the latter an opportunity to examine if you have made a full disclosure of your real estate holdings.
