For last 3 years due to misguidance by stock brokers and lack of knowledge I was involved in f and o and intraday trading and made a hefty loss of 50 lakhs now what can I do to secure my job

there is nothing to do with your job . Trading in Future and option is solely a personal choice of any person and employer have no right to interfere in this matter untill and unless you are doing trading in the course of your employment which means during office hours and your trading is creating hindrance in working . Other than this there is no issue in doing trading and stock market work .

do you have any seizure report and what is the status of accused . is he still in jail or have he taken bail , if not first take bail . generally the lower court doesn't give bail in ndps matter but the high court may give you bail depending upon the quantity of drugs seized .

Q: Money taken for giving me semi govt job

3 months ago Someone took money in cash for giving me semi govt job in nutrition department of hazaribagh jharkhand but now he is not giving money after writing 2 application he has not transferred my money back

First of all send a legal notice to the concerned person regarding cheating , breach of trust and fraud . Then if the matter is still not sorted . Then go file a complaint before the concerned police station and if police didnot take any cognizance then file a complaint case against the person under section 223 of BNSS which says complaint to magistrate .

Q: Under age marriage and facing threats

I'm a 18 year old girl, and my husband's 19 , we're both Hindu and due to some circumstances we got married in a temple. His family is against our marriage and threatens us to kill us or get legal actions and get us apart. Please suggest what action should I take?

firstly file an informatry petition before the civil court and then file a police complaint regarding threat of killing and if police is not taking any action file a complaint case under section 223 of BNSS

Q: Persistent encroachment in the driving path by a neighbour.

A neighbour in my apartment is deliberately encroaching my driving pathway. The builder has verbally told him to park his car and two wheelers in his own place many time but no use the request for ground marking by me was denied.Last year in October, 2025, I filled a complaint in the local police station, though the police intervened he changed position of cars only for some hours. I went to police station again, the OC did nothing . Now that neighbour threaten me that i have called police.

make an application before the lower court for seeking permanent injunction to restrain the neighbour to park his vehicle at your parking lot or else if you want to go for a criminal remedy , either lodge a complaint case and if the concerned Police station is not taking any action, file a complaint case through civil court under section 233 of BNSS which is complaint to a magistrate
