Q: Voting rights in a housing society

Hi I am living in a society where elections for president and other posts are coming I am living at my parents flat the chairman and team of election committee are implementing their own rules and saying that I cannot vote in the election so I want some help for the same

The owner/member of housing society is entitled for voting legitimate right of voting for the election . If you are allowed to cast ur vote then approach to Re gistrar co operative housing society for redrssance of your grievances

Q: Fake Allegations of Dowry and Domestic Violence

I am from Punjab. My brother (Sikh) got married in 2017. It was a love marriage and everything was perfect from last 11months. She came to her parent home for Summer vacations in the month of June ( She is working as a Teacher in a private school where they get summer vacations for 1 month). When her vacations were over and she did not come back, we visited her Parents house where she refused to come with us. Almost after one month, we received a call from the Mediation Centre that she has given application against us. In that, She has written the fake story about marriage and put allegations of Dowry & Domestic Violence. We have all the valid proofs of court marriage in which neither my parents nor her parents were present and they have not spent a single penny on marriage but they mentioned a long list of gold jewellery in the application. Mediation Centre has given the next date for the meeting. What should we do in this matter? Kindly Suggest.

Ask her to supply the bill of each item of gold as there seem to fake list of gold. It is valid plea before the parents of boy. With regard to allegation of Domestic Violence, ask the girl about any criminal complaint filed against before the police or any witness .
