My father has been abusing me and my mother since many years and I'm 17 right now...I can't handle this thing anymore it's really affecting my mental health..I can't explain how inhumane(broke her bones also) things he has done to my mother. We have talked to a lawyer in 2024 but at the end my father refused to pay the money to my mom for living separately.Please help me,my mother doesn't earn to fight the case.All the lawyers I've seen want money only.I just want them to live separately

look here's the truth! your mother may reside separately from your father at her own will. but as you mother has no stable source of income therefore at first you need to make alternate accomodation so that you and your mother may leave the house and reside separately and then prefer an maintenance application before the Ld court praying for compensation. in the way your mother can get back the maintenance amount on a monthly basis. Q: contest transfer of divorce case

I am filing for divorce at wife's matrimonial place. I have some problem in my spine and have medical report. She will apply to transfer to her place. Q1 My lawyer says only this won't be enough to appeal to transfer to middle place. I need to mention threat to life. Does it work that way as judge would know of such tricks already? Q2 her lawyer is asking to file under 13b and bargaining on the money like trading. Can I record the conversation and complain?

make a formal petition for judicial separation if your husband does not intends to prefer a mutual divorce. and after getting the order from the Ld. court you may seek maintenance from your husband for you and your child upbringing. you are entitled to sought for the reliefs.
