Q: False accusations of rape nd false promises of marriage nd assault

My friend Met on matrimonial with a girl talk jst for one week they meet two times they got physical now she got him arrested.on section 376he is in tihar its almost 4 days how to get out .he is not from Delhi dont know wat to do nd she is an advocate need help

Q: I have a property and have a tenant who is not vacating

and has framed a 3rd person with forged WILL & ATS stating that that proeprty belongs to him and filked a 1/10 in the eviction suit filed by me against tenant which has been dismissed and I have obtained a decree. How can I file criminal complaint against the two and process of doing so ?

Go and file an FIR tell them whatever story you could make and then be part in the investigation police will file chargesheet to magistrate be present there and then we will defend your case. on the basis of chargesheet and relevant facts. That guy will get arrested that is for sure.

Q: I Lend 450000 Rs to My Friend And He Gave Me A Cheque That Was Bounced

I want to recover my money as my friend is not returning my money after several request. I lend him last year without any interest.

did he give you the cheque, if yes then the first thing we need to do is send a legal notice with 30 days from the receive of return memo i.e., cheque bounce memo give by bank only ask them. and wait for 15 days for his reply after that we will proceed with 138 NI Act criminal proceeding. would love to help you in all this waiting for a reply from your side.

I will strongly advise not to do anything like threatening, cut off the electricity, or any act of forcibly vacating the flat rather we will send a proper legal notice for termination of tenancy under section 106 of TP act. and then file an eviction suit.
