This is two different cases first is related to your property and you already follow the process of law and getting the order in your fever.second Apki opposite party apko dhamki deti hai. uske case karne se pehle apne ek Application SP of your district ko via registry bhejni hogi jismai ye sab point apko mention karni hogi. then aap uski ek copy le k court mai complain case file kar sakte ho. usse agar wo ladki baad mai koi case karti hai to wo case mai apko apradhi nahi maanegi court.that's all my suggestion All the best

When I was 20 yrs old my father ran away from home. And later said he would never visit or come back home.Mother has suffered through all fault of my father, who has continuously been talking bad about her to everyone they knew mutually from before, he had an affair,when confronted he ran away to live with some women, don’t know where he lives, he did not show up when in family court divorce was filed, mother wants to divorce him what to do now?

you can file divorce and get x party order. court will issue 3 notice to your father and definitely he will never come after 3 notice court will allow divorce. once you get order make sure to collect the decree.and then enjoy your life as you can.second for your knowledge If the husband and wife live separately, the court will allow you to get a divorce .

मेंटेनेंस केस में हमारा एरियर 100000 हो गया था जिस बारे में हमे पता नही था. अब वकील साहब बोल रहे है की उन्होंने 100000 का मेंटेनेंस एरियर कम करा कर 50000 करा दिया है जो हमे जमा करना है कोर्ट में और ये लड़की को नही मिलेगा ये कोर्ट में जमा होगा. और वकील साहब बोल रहे है की ये 50000 सिर्फ कैश में देने होगे.और जो 3500 पर मंथ का मेंटनेंस ऑर्डर हुआ था वो भी अब नही देना है.तो आप ये बताए क्या ऐसा होता है. ये अमाउंट कैश में ही जमा होता है DD ya cheque से नहीं.
