दादाजी का मृत्यु दाखिला चाहिए वारस दाखिला बनाना है।अपना खेत नाम पर करना है। दादाजी की मृत्यु नोंद न होने के कारण मृत्यु दाखिला नहीं मिल रहा है। पंचायत समिति में आवेदन कर दिया है।५-६ महीने हो गए है पर अब तक मृत्यु दाखिला नहीं मिल रहा है। कृपया मेरी मदद करें, धन्यवाद। विजय जानराव भिल।

यदि आपके दादाजी की मृत्यु की नोंद सरकारी अभिलेखों में दर्ज नहीं है और पंचायत समिति में आवेदन करने के बाद भी 5–6 महीने से मृत्यु प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है, तो संबंधित ग्राम पंचायत, जन्म-मृत्यु नोंदणी अधिकारी अथवा तहसीलदार कार्यालय से आवेदन की वर्तमान स्थिति की जानकारी प्राप्त करें। यदि मृत्यु की नोंद विलंब से करनी है, तो लागू नियमों के अनुसार सक्षम प्राधिकारी (तहसीलदार/कार्यकारी दंडाधिकारी अथवा संबंधित प्राधिकरण) के समक्ष विलंबित मृत्यु पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी पड़ सकती है। आवश्यकता होने पर संबंधित प्राधिकरण को लिखित अनुस्मारक (Reminder) दें तथा आरटीआई आवेदन भी कर सकते हैं। मृत्यु प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त होने के बाद वारस नोंद एवं जमीन नामांतरण की प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ाई जा सकती हैAdv Shital Thakur
