I HAVE APPLY FOR NEW ELECTRICITY CONNECTION FOR MY NEW HOUSE. I SUBMITTED ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND PAY ONLINE FEES FOR THIS CONNECTION. NOW THEY TOLD PREVIOUS OWNER DO NOT PAY THEIR BILL BUT WE ARE NOT AWARE FOR THIS ISSUE

I visited Lakme Academy (franchisee) during March 19, in Ambala city, They suggested me for basic makeup course of 30-40 days (handwritten page available) but they didn't provide any brochure / prospectus even after request. They ensured following:> Books and Original branded products shall be provided;> Theory for one week and then practical sessions for 6-7 kind of makeups> Makeup practical classes also to train me and offered extended hours practice will be provided in case I need;> Course will be completed within 30-40 days max.> Will give chance to attend fashion shows for practical exposureI paid 25000 for this course in two installments whenever they demanded before completing the course (receipts attached).I started course in April 2019 and found many false commitments like:> Theory classes for approx two months> Lack of trainer (only one) availability> Lack of products availability> Few practical sessionsMany more, pls advice.
