Q: stalking charge by my girlfriend for trying to contact her
I have been accused of stalking by my girlfriend. I need to discuss this matter. Even Though I followed the Civil protection order for 14 days which was from 12.04.22 to 26.04.22 and even that expired I did not make any contact physically or via online platform. But still I got a stalking criminal charge on Friday from 16.03.22 to 12.04.22 which is not 100% true. We had our last conversation via phone on and off till 29.04.2022. nnI have visited her 3 times during our argument , 1 when we still had good terms and that was on 25.04.22,when she asked me for some time. and 2 times just to return her stuff which was not a gift, during that time i encountered her dad . But during all this period from 16.03.2022 to till now I have never met her and never tried any physical contact or not even text after the protection order was executedPlease help with this matter . She is falsely accusing me of revenge as I tried to break up with her on 15.03.2022 and now she is into revenge mode.
