Q: Building a public temple on a residential property

My neighbor wants to build a temple on a residential property in residential area. It will cause many problems for us. What can I do in this situation because that owner is too greedy.

Whether the residential property on which your neighbour is constructing a temple is yours or someone else. Your neighbour is the owner of that residential property? if he is not the owner of that property then you can file a suit for injunction restraining your neighbour from constructing the temple.

Dear sir I have book a flat from La galaxia site c surajpur greater noida, and give 50k as token money but die to some reason i cannot able to buy the property now and demand refund from builder many times many times send mail on there official id but they have no response so i want legal advice to recover my amount

You can file suit for recovery of money. However, you can also file a petition before High Court but I have to see and check your agreement to sell which has been executed between the Builder and you . I have to check whether there is any condition stipulated in the agreement for returning the money deposited by the buyer/you.

Agar aapko Court se Summon aa gaya hai to aapko woh FIR aur summoning order High Court main challenge karna padega usko khatm karane ke liye aur fir Highcourt aapki FIR aur summoning order ko quash Karke khatm Kar Degi.

Q: Property documents and vacating tenanttenant

I have a property in kanpur with certified copy of lease agreement of 999 years, the original deed was misplaced, I took the certified copy from sub registrar office in 2009.A tenant is staying for 10 years with no agreement signed..and rent paide I want different options 1) to register the property on my name 2) remove tenant 3) or sell the property with this lease agreement to other party with tenant occupied..which is the best option for me

First you need to file a mutation case on the basis of the lease deed so that your name may be mutated/registered in the revenue records. Secondly as soon as your name gets mutated sell the property to a buyer even if the tenant is still there and yes it is possible. I have handled numerous cases like this. This is the best option for you.
