Q: Wife forcing for divorce and not giving my son as well

My wife wants divorce & keep my son with her , She wants half property to my family with her son share . I wants to live with my son , but she does not giving me my son . There are many & continuously going disputes in my family just because her bad behavior .Now she demands 5 lacs cash & her son's property share & rest all things which was brought on marriage time. Now pls suggest me , we have not sufficient balance for giving her & also dont want any share from my father property.

Sir. We can go for child custody and there's no Right created in father's property. U can also file divorce on the grounds of cruelty. She can claim the money only out of you posses. There are many decided cases which support ur case.

Q: Legal action against mobile seller for selling refurbished mobile

i bought a mobile phone from a shop in New Delhi I talked with him on whatsapp before buying a phone He told me that the phone i will buy will be box sealed pack and brand new with 1 year samsung india warranty I got there and bought a phone from his shop he opened seal in front of me as i was not able to notice that there was written not to be sold as new on the box And i bought the phone from him Later i got to know that the phone is refurbrished and it is out of warranty But he said that the phone will be brand new i contacted him again but is not ready to take phone back i have all the proofs and valid bill of his shop please help me to solve this problem

We can file case against him in consumer court. We Will ask for full refund and damages and other expences . No need to worry consumer courts are always with consumer. There are thousands example like this.
