Q: Filed Domestic Violence Against Husbnd

My hsbnd has harrased me physicaly n mentaly fr 2 n half yrz. I have the proof of his physical harasment.Bt aft FIR n DV case filed against him, he is apologising me. Bt i told him of comprising only infront of judge. Sinc comprosing within ourselves(family rltvs) has happnd many times. Bt he continued his violent behvr. He forced me for mutual dvrc tatz y i filed FIR N DV case against him. I dnt wnt divorce since i hav gal baby. IMy question is, if i tak bck my case against him n liv wit him, if he harrass me for mutual divorce can i file the FIR N DV case again? Or can he say that im filing false complaint n stop me frm doing FIR n DV against him?

Hello, complaint, Fir and Dv once withdrawn by you, cannot be filed again for the same cause of action. if you withdraw the cases and stay with him, it shows that you have condoned all the allegations made by you on him. but in the event of fresh cause of action, harrassment by him, you are at liberty to file a fresh fir and dv case on your husband.

Dear sir, a person x has has gone to fight on village panchayat member during some work . soVillage people have beaten him badly Now the person x has registered a attempt to murder case in police station on selected 7 people only Is there any solution for this can we get Bale for this case

I want to know whether I can seek a house from my husband which is above his own house but its not in his name. My religion is hindu

Hello. I need to know the facts better to advice you. If you are still married or divorced. As far as the house is concerned, when it is not even in your husband's name / possession. Then their is no way you can acquire/seek it. If you are divorced, you can only seek maintenance from your husband. Thank you.

Q: How to prevent property papers to be submitted in court

When my brother files a partition suit on my property(house, land, etc) even if all the properties are in my name, the court asks to submit all those property papers in the court. My question is, is there any solution so that I do not have to submit those papers in the court. Basically, I need to take a home loan but there has been a partition suit filed on the land.If I submit the land papers, then I can't take a home loan.

Hello. In order to prove it to the court that it is your self acquired property and to prove that all the properties are in your name you have to submit the documents to the court. And for your bank loan and all you can get certified copies from the court after you submit your documents. Make sure you appoint a good lawyer. Thank you

Q: how can i completely cut my relationship with my father legally

I am 20 years old and also I am self dependent ,I belong to Muslim I want to get rid of my father , my father has 3 wife and has many kids may be 8 , my mother was his first wife and i am the first child , my mother pass away by 2012 due to cancer after that I don't want to keep this relationship on so I want to take some legal step to make him stop interfering in my life , because me and my mom have suffered a lot In the past please suggest a way

Hello. Why are you worrying if you are self dependent? You have no liability towards your father. You can easily get away with him. Tell him you would not want him to interfear in your life.
