I have invested in THIRIPURA chits now co.closed its business activities I didn't take any loan or chits after filing the police complaint they returned my amount through cheque but cheque got bounce this month 20 the that cheque validity will be closed what is the next procedure to take legal action company

Q: Husband beats me and has an extra marital affair

recently i got to know my husband is sleeping with an unmarried women , i have the evidence , i have confronted both of them in january 2018 , wherein he(my husband ) got violent and hit me and denied any illicit relationship with her .However he keeps her overnight in the house , i stay in the hostel.The reason i shifted out to the hostel was domestic abuse. Now on what basis can i go to the police ? can i file a complaint on both of them to the police and can i confront them in police station with their parents as i want both of their parents to know what exactly they are doing?

u can file a complaint in jurisdictional police station regard the harrasment and u can also file domestic voilence case in the court , if you want to continue with him you can do counseling with him and sought it out the issue.

Q: Can a female file a sexual harassment case on a boy for flirting

Hi I am a male and 24 years old. I did some mild flirting with a female co-worker ( She was looking good at the marriage function and she looks her best when she comes late to office or she should come late coz we'll have some glamour in office etc). The flirtation was intended just for fun and she has said to her friend that my flirtation was cute. Can she file a sexual harrasment case against me?

My father had given money to a a person on interest. After the dismissal of my father he has stop giving interest and no positive response to return the money.What the best way legally to get the money back . should I go to police and file a FIR again him.
