Hello, I am a 24-year-old male. I engaged in some mild flirting with a female co-worker, complimenting her appearance at a marriage function and joking about her being glamorous when she arrives late to the office. This flirting was intended in good humor, and she even mentioned to her friend that she found it cute. Could she still file a sexual harassment case against me? Is flirting considered illegal or a crime?

Two years ago, my sister filed a 498A case against her mother-in-law and husband. The case is now in court, and my sister has been summoned to provide evidence. if you are ready to go for settlement you can settle the matter by referring to mediation there you both will be called and counseling will be made then if you want to settle you can or you can continue with the case

I have invested in THIRIPURA chits now co.closed its business activities I didn't take any loan or chits after filing the police complaint they returned my amount through cheque but cheque got bounce this month 20 the that cheque validity will be closed what is the next procedure to take legal action company

Q: Husband beats me and has an extra marital affair

recently i got to know my husband is sleeping with an unmarried women , i have the evidence , i have confronted both of them in january 2018 , wherein he(my husband ) got violent and hit me and denied any illicit relationship with her .However he keeps her overnight in the house , i stay in the hostel.The reason i shifted out to the hostel was domestic abuse. Now on what basis can i go to the police ? can i file a complaint on both of them to the police and can i confront them in police station with their parents as i want both of their parents to know what exactly they are doing?

u can file a complaint in jurisdictional police station regard the harrasment and u can also file domestic voilence case in the court , if you want to continue with him you can do counseling with him and sought it out the issue.
