Q: Court not passing order of Divorce after 3 years, what to do
Court is not passing orders for divorce decree after my and my family request,I have told judge in front of my advocate that I'm mentally dipreased with my wife cruelty and her behaviour,on listing first court order last month 27 order and then again on 6 December this month (as on previous date judge was not present) now on this month 6th judge again given next month 29 th hearing ,it's almost going to be 3 years of case in next month January (family court), in these years my wife and neither her Advocate present in any court hearing.I with my parents are very annoyed with court hearing and kind of injustice court is doing with me.Suggest me what should I do now.
