Q: Silent treatment and isolation. Abstaining physical affection

My husband does not speak to me properly when I try talking he raises his voice and starts to shout at me. Does not go anywhere with me. He has physically not touched me since a month now. So no sex as well. I feel isolated and broken.We are newly married only for 4 months. We have stayed together only for about 2 months

It is important to find out the reason behind why your husband is behaving in such a manner. It is better you talk about it with your husband's relatives so that they can mediate to find out the reasons behind such attitude of your husband towards you and resolve the issue.

Q: Ex parte decree related question

Hi,I received an ex parte decree of nullity of marriage from the court. I am the husband, petitioner.Is it mandatory to inform the respondent about the decree? Previously multiple summons were served which were received by the respondent and paper publication was also done.My lawyer didn't ask me to do anything as such.

If your conducting lawyer has not asked you to do anything,then why worry about it. Your lawyer is well aware of the facts and circumstances of your entire matter of ex party decree of nullity of marriage... paper publication.... multiple summons.

I need to create a private trust(movable and immovable)t for my special needs minor son for his well being and future needs.looking for a trusted lawyer.

To create a trust you need trustees and the beneficiary would be your minor son. Being the author of the trust you can register the trust deed and endow your property onto the trust. The trustees would be responsible for carrying out their duties and functions as would be enumerated in the trust deed.

Q: Company Rejected my Resignation Email

I'm an Associate IT, Yesturday sent an Resignation email to the company, I was on Probation. In the offer letter company stated that I've to serve 1 month notice period during probation.But I already have a job offer and willing to join on monday, I don't want to face my manager again. He rejected my resignation and stated that I've not served notice period & I've responsibilities & items (don't have any) need to hand over. Now what to do sir, will they sue me ? HRs not picking up my call.

Your probation agreement needs scrutinization. Only then your question can be answered. Date of joining... number of days you were in probation. In the field of IT even datas .... softwares are considered items...so it may not necessarily mean any physical tangible items.

Q: Contempt of High Court order calcutta

After a long unauthorized leave, a medical board confirmed I couldn't rejoin. The Calcutta High Court ordered regularization of the absence and payment of dues by 22 Sep 2025, but the company hasn't paid yet. Two months post-rejoining, they initiated CDA proceedings, which may not be valid. They're only offering sick leave payment, ignoring earned leave adjustment and dues.
