Sir I m from Delhi. I took a 3 lac loan from a person for finance business purpose but that went down and now I m bankrupt but that person file a case against me on the basis of check which I gave to him what should I do....

Was it a post dated checque ? Is the amount mentioned in the checque ? Has he presented the chechque in bank ? I need all the details Above all since the checque was given to him as security.the checque given makes you liable . Was there any writtern agreement for the loan taken . If not then there are chances that we can prove that we are not liable . Q: Sister received divorce notice from her husband what should be done

Dear All, My sister has received divorce notice from her husband. Her husband has some proofs of her chat with her boyfriend. What should we do and what are our legal rights as per hindu marriage act. Thanks

First of all if your sister is ready for divorce then divorce would be by mutual consent .In mutual consent divorce she would be claiming for mantainence and also custody if she wants of child (if born). Secondly she doesnot want to give divorce then she contesting it and there we ll have to prove that there is no other relationship with any other man except with his husband. My husband do domestic violence on me and even l will not go to my mother home to meet my mother

Mam , you can file a case against your husband under section 498A if IPC which recognises donestic voluence against women . Also FIR would be regustered against your husband and your in laws if they are also threating you. BEfore filing the criminal case against against your husband undser section 498a ipc . The complete set of details as how ulyour husband is threating you , how much time it had been of your marriage etc are required so that we could proceed further for FIR and case . Q: Motorcycle stolen in front of the house, Can the insurance be claimed

My motorcycle was stolen on 23 November 2016 Infront of my house.i did fir and get a untraced report from police after 21 days of fir,so the untraced report is valid to claim money from insurance.i have informed the insurance company on the same day of my stolen vehicle.

Yes the insurance company is liable to pay the claim . If the the stolen vehicle is insured from the insurance company.Tell the insurance company about the regustered FIR and the untraced report. And also all the details of the vehicle when it was stolen must be kept as record.

Sir my husband death 2010 & one girl for me my husband & husband father property in Delhi. My children legal right this property please suggest

Mam , your children would have a right in your husband self earned property . If there is no self acquired property then the children would have rights in the share of their fathers father property by virtue of sucession only if there is no will made by your father in law .
