Q: Unknown People abusing and threatening on WhatsApp

Hi,There are multiple threatening calls on my WhatsApp from different persons who are abusing me and threatening me. From what I have understood someone has given my number to them after their quarrel on a video game and they think that person is me without even knowing my name or background. They are calling and messaging me from different numbers. Their abuses are highly racial and they are threatening me with harm. I have filed a cyber cell complaint but nothing has happened yet.

You might have received a contact number of official, assigned for you cyber complaint. You call that official and visit cyber cell PS physically and explain everything to you IO (official).They will definitely help you. You may ask your advocate to talk to them instead.

Q: College Fees Fraud [ Additional charges other than the package ]

I am a student of private medical college when I took admission they have issued me a admission letter where they have mentioned the total package of the college in 7 lakhs including hostel and mess fee and now when I am in final year they are asking for more 50,000 and not accepting that it was complimentary in the package when the student go to complain or ask they simply tell we can fail you in the university exam in internals. They have harrased us mentally .

Option 1- If there are more than one students suffering the same situations then you people may go to the nearest police status and file a complaint jointly. Option 2- If you people are afraid of risk for filing police complaint then you all can write to owner of your college jointly a mail or whichever mode available for you and ask them to clear this issue.

Option 1- Aapke sathi ko salah dein ke legal notice send karde us insaan ko jisne paise liye aur wapis nahi kiya. Option 2- Agar paise online diye the to cyber cell ki website par ek online complaint karre jisse us insaan ka bank account freeze ho jayga uske baad aap money release ki application laga skte ho.

Q: Can an Innocent Family Face Legal Trouble After Accused Death?

If a person was falsely accused and has passed away, but their innocent family—who have no legal knowledge, cannot afford travel, fear going to another state, and face language barriers—has never been contacted by police or court, can they face legal trouble in the future? If any issue arises, can they seek legal aid and approach their state’s High Court or the Supreme Court instead of traveling to another state? Is it mandatory for them to inform the authorities or submit a death certificate, or will the case close automatically? Can the police or court trouble them despite their lack of involvement? What legal steps can they take to protect themselves?

No, it depends on case to case.Mostly in criminal cases only a person who is Alleged Accused in the case is liable to attend court and not his family members. So if the Accused has passed away and case is pending in the concerned court, The death certificate of the accused is mandatory to submit before the court to verify the death. Or you can ask your Lawyer to appear in concerned court and give submissions to verify the death by court officials. And then the file get closed.

Q: Accident Case - PHC Case

Hi Sir. Last year in Sep , I meet with an accident in which another person on bike was got injured and I FIR Has been filled against me under section of 279, 338 and 337.. However MACT has been closed with the victim and we jointly done negotiation with the help of lawyer for settlement and I also paid some amount to my lawyer for the same.. 2nd Party done signature on MOU. But not attested in Court and now from last 2 months my lawyers chasing him for signing but he always make some excuses.. I want to change the lawyer..

You should contact the other party directly and ask them to get it done. Otherwise you may suffer anonymously.So, if you have direct contact with other party , have conversations with them and make them understand that there is no point to keep it pending and waste the time.
