Even in that condition you need to physically move and file a criminal complaint before judicial magistrate in response of your cheque bounce. The mediation application does not imply that the court shall take suo-moto action within your complaint.

Hi sir, i have took a product through Bajaj finance of Rs. 80,000 and i have paid till 9 months and this month got delayed and told them that i will pay on next month of the both EMI. And he threat me all item pick from your home like tv, bike etc. and also lodged FIR near police station. Please tell me the what I will do.

No worries. No one can force or seize your articles upon a simple default. Tell them they can proceed as per law and file a suit wherein you will pay off the instalment. Don’t worry these are blind threats that the companies do advance to threaten their customers into payment.

While accepting payment from client, if company gets into an online declaration to client (even approval from client online) that in case of faulty service limit of compensation will not be beyond a certain amount which is 10% of payment made to company. Whether that kind of thing is legal or can consumer still get more compensation.

These type of agreements do supersede the consumer protection act upto some extent however the court can always use their descretionary power to provide the consumer with the additional litigation expenses and impose additional fine over the company in the name of mental harassment and so on.

working women, in laws track every spending from salary. asked for my salary slips.not allow me to do expenditure. If i do, they claims that we will give you money for spending. husband checks everything online(took password creds from me).now asking for pf,form60 n every detail.still after giving every detail, not treating me well n making circumstances to make me leave my job.can i file divorce on these basis.

You can file a complaint u/s 498A IPC against your in laws for subjecting to cruelty and yes it can become a valid ground for filing divorce petition against your husband. Any further consultation need more specific of the situation
