Q: Company not returning invested money

I had a partnership with my friends in a Pvt. Limited Company, due to some issues I had to left company and i was orally promised to return my investment. It's more than a year and they are not returning my money. I am a NRI citizen.

For proper answer you are hereby required to come up with complete details of your company, M. A. , O. A. and other agreements between the partners. More so if your partner denied the oral promise, then unless it would supported with other ancillary witness and documents, it would be difficult to prove in the court of law. You are requires to claim your money within the three years otherwise it would be barred by law of limitation.

Q: Whether previous service duration adds to seniority list

Sir, I have joined as assistant teacher at primary school on July 2010. Again after 5 years I have been selected in upper primary school in same department and same district. I would like to know weather my previous service duration will be added in my seniority list or not?

your previous service would be added for counting your length of service, and for pecuniary benefits. But as for as seniority is concerned it would be counted amongst the fellow teachers seniority of new school form the date of joining.

Q: Legal consequences for hiding the age in government service

If any uppcl employee hide her or his actual age in her or his service book what punishment is apply and what documents and where anybody can appeal for this.

If the employee is 10th passed, then his age mentioned in the high school would be consider his actual date of birth. But if he is illustrate then the date of birth recorded in his service book would be treated his date of birth. Punishment will depend upon the nature of charges, and appeal will be depend according to the status of the employee and as per the provisions of service law of the department. For better answer you are required to sho the documents and at least brief facts of the case.

Q: procedure to file case against suspension under false allegation

I AM FORTH CLASS EMPLOYEE(Mali) in state govt.i have been suspended by some conspiracy and doubt, officer send me in accounts dep. Without any order. I did peon work over there and help in other official work. One day I transfer by them for side work(horticulture) work. And give me some notice and demand some clearification that I change some document and use some fake stamp in tender file.. After that I give my clarification and go for side work... After one month I have been suspended base of aligation and doubts.....at last I wanna tell u sir I have no order for work over there, and my post not eligible for that work, and my signature not there, so what to do now I have two little kids and we 6 members in my family..I am mantle disturbe and feel digress help me sir as soon as possible.

During suspension period department has to pay you subsistence allowance. Whether suspension is followed by charge sheet and pending inquiry, if yes then you have to file effective reply to the charges. If no inquiries are pending then you can assail the suspension order before the court. More so there are many other grounds who h can only be advise after perusal of your suspension order. For more effective and better advise,you are required to show your documents.
