Q: Need advice on mutation of property before selling it

My grandfather died in 2009, leaving a will in the name of my parents. My mother is the only survivor. Now we wish to sell it. Do we have to mutate to sell. The property is still in the name of my grandfather. The will was done by an advocate. We dont know if it was registered or probated. We live in north 24 parganas , west Bengal.

First of all you have to know that is there any registered will, if it is then you have to take probate of the will and then he will execute this wil in the respective manner it was mentioned in the will. Otherwise you have to make a Legal Heairs certificate mentioning that ur grand father and ur father also died leaving behind ur Mon and u. Then using these documents u van make mutation of ur said deceased grandfather's property.

Q: What is the process for correction of name in death certificate

My father deceased on Dec 2016 and I got the death certificate on January 2017. Later I noticed that I have made a spelling mistake in Death Certificate. Now what is the way to get the name corrected? How to get the corrected death certificate?

Just make a Judicial Affidavit, mentioned the fact para wise, declare that the two spelling named are one and same identical person, put this affidavit to the concern authority who issuef death certificate, authority will make necessary correction and provide a new death certificate as per ur requirement.

Q: i lost my original documents of my educational papers What to do

sir, with due respectfully , i lost my original documents of my educational papers . now what i have to do

If you have a copy of those documents then just mentioning the fact you have to filed a GD of ur concern Ps. using the copy of the gd u can prove that u have lost ur real one, but if u want to get the original certificates then copy of the Gd along with the necessary information u have to filed a written application to the respective authorities from where u want to get ur certificate respectively.
