Q: taken advantage by false promise of marriage and financially used.

hi i had a boyfriend who always used to say he will get married to me and had promised me several times but in the end he denied. he had used me physically too... traumatized me and borrowed 2-3 lacs or more some in cash and some via UPI for his business. His family know about it but denying to return my money back i want to know how can i file a complaint against him and against his family. i dont want to marry him now as i know how his family members are i just want my money back.

Q: Warrant of arrest & Status - DV & Execution

Judge has struck off the defence Evidence of accused and put the case on arguments on NDOH, also warrant of arrest has been issued through joint CP. As Plaintiff, how do we know that where will the warrant be dispatched and when will Accused be arrested before NDOH or immediately, if accused evade and not found, can we attach the bank account or what can be done to recover the maintenance arrears.

If you have details of account you can submit the same with filing application. Regarding warrant you go in your near police station and confirm from police to whom assign the work of arrest.. first go in Ahlmed room and confirm from him

Q: Maintainence amount clarification

My brother was directed to pay Rs 7000 per month to his working wife towards the child by Delhi High Court under sec 24. Later family court directed him to pay Rs 5000 per month under sec 125 crpc.. Now my wife went to supreme court and the SC modified the high court's section 24 order from Rs 7000 per month to Rs 10000 per month..So how much do I have to pay her every month.

You can file RtI aur can make any application and submit the same in the department. Best option you just file application where you mention reason why you need the document and submit in department where record room.. they will definitely give some reply to you

Q: Defence Evidence Stuck off and arrest warrant

District court has struck off the defence Evidence, case will be at Judgement stage now. An arrest warrant through joint commissioner of police has also been issued (PF filed) same day, now as petitioner, how can we ensure that court's order is followed and what are the options for respondents to get rid of this warrant of arrest and defence Strike Off order, what should our advocate's duty here ,what should be the next step as complaints ?
