I am purchase a flat in durgapur, West Bengal and want to interior work and painting without registration my flat ... I want to know is it legal or illegal as per building rules

you can do interior fit out job before registration of your flat. The developer will issue an allotment letter/hand over letter and once the flat is handed over to you.....the interior job can be done.

you can lodge a complaint at your police station immediately stating that the man had grievously hurt you.At the same time please visit the nearest govt hospital and get a medical certificate from the doctor as this will serve as evidence of you getting beaten up by the man.

Q: Can flat in Howrah be sold if original deed of lease is lost?

The copy in our possession is marked with the stamp of the loaning bank, it is the receiving copy bank gave us at the time of submitting the original property documents with them. The loan has been cleared 7 years ago, I can get a copy of loan clearing certificate/NOC from the bank. The original documents with us have gone untraceable. Can I sell the flat if I only have this copy of the original documents? Or with certified copy procured from Registrar office?

yes you can with certified copies of the original deed . also you can lodge a complaint with the local PS for misplacement of lost documents. you can procure the certified copies from the registry office

Q: Need to make passport with aadhar dob mismatch.

My aadhar dob is wrong and I need to make passport I have pan, birth certificate and all other documents I can't update my addhar due to some personal reason. How I make passport please tell me.

apply online for new passport and submit birth certificate as DOB proof and Pan card for id proof . also your voter id card will be required. Aadhar card is not a mandatory document for passport application
