Q: Defective product returned to online shopping site not rectified

how much can i get from consumer case against google.i have proof of bad support. voice call records. its been pending from more than 20 days and they are not supporting. I bought a new pixel 2 xl from flipkart and it had a faulty speaker so i contacted google and they replaced the phone with a new one and the new phone also had the same issue so i raised a request again now they took the phone after 7 days they returned the same phone without rectifying the issue now they are not responding well.

Q: Is body massage from a female therapist legal?

Hi, I want to know body massage from a female therapist is legal or not. What happens when caught red handed while having body massage from a female therapist (not prostitution) but in illegal parlour. We would not be knowing parlour is licensed or not.

It is legal in India for a female to give massage to a man however I can imagine where your question is originating from I guess you mean to say if you are caught with a female massuer....But the onus of proving that that intention of massage is on you as long as there was no"illegal" act being preformed it should not be a problem. Q: Cheated by fraud lottery company asked to pay 1 lakh as tax amount

I got cheating for large amount minimum 1lakh that one of the company name they called me they told that I had won a big amt for Lucky draw amt is 14 lakh 800 & they told me to pay some tax I paid amount like 5 total 1lakh I paid they gave me a some SBI bank a/c no I deposit the amt I have bank challans,call records ,contact numbers so pls help me out we r a middle class family we got a bakra from that company I should take care of my old mummy & my 2 children's so kindly help me.... Pls

Dear sir, Please provide me with the name of the lottery agency, also I would need documents held by you I mean the back Chapman etc...we will have dev a out a demand notice to recover our does...we shall send out a notice first..let's see how they will respond first provide me with all the documents like bank challan etc
