Q: Landlord not accepting rent of my shop

I live in delhi. My shop is on rent last 40 years (pagadi system) in delhi only. Since last 2 years my landlord is not taking rent and refusing to provide rent receipt. To be safe I want to pay rent in court, can someone please advice proper and complete procedure to do so... Thanks!!!!

You can contact me. it's a very simple procedure which as to be followed by the tenant to deposit rent. You first need to fill the receipt and deposit the rent in rent deposit counter which happen to be near file counter in every court. Take the receiving receipt from the count.afterthat file rent deposit application to the concern Rent Control judge along with the receiving receipt of rent deposit.

Q: Recvd recovery notice from ex employer

Recvd recovery email for not serving one mnth notice even I was there for one month only and not a confirmed employee. They've sent an mail with cc some lawyer . Please help

1. please do check your contract thoroughly if the contract was signed between you and employer. read all the terms and conditions whether there was any clause that says the one month notice has to be give by the employee before resignation.2. Do confirm whether you were they're employee or not. if you were not his employee then you're not liable to pay single penny to him moreover you might not have signed any contract I suppose. if you still face any issue regarding the matter then feel free to contact me .

1. You will have contact the traffic incharge officer of concern court and tell him about your lost receipt. provide him with all the information.2. you can check it online by going on the link which was send to you from E-CHALLAN. there you will get all the necessary information.

Q: Problems faced after termination.

Hello,I was a central govt employee. Recently they terminated me on the ground of eligibility. No charges or anything are put on me just they mentioned ineligibility criteria in the termination letter. Kindly tell me if I'm eligible to apply for another government jobs?Thank you.

yes, you are. I dont know the complete story but you might not be eligible for that specific position that why you have be terminated. you can apply for a job where you match the eligibility criteria

Q: I gave my resignation without serving to the notice period of 1 month

1.I gave my resignation without serving to the notice period of 1 month but in my appointment letter no where mentioned about salary deduction for not serving notice period.2.Beside this my company has deducted my salary for the month of April, May 2020 without any discussion or negotiation with the employees..Can i able to recover it from my company ?Government order for compulsory payment was inforce till 18th may 2020.please provide your valuable advice asap.thanking you in anticiaption.

1. Write a letter to your company mentioning all you grievances and give them ultimatum of 10 days to resolve your problem.2. serve them with legal notice for recovery of your money and then you can file recovery suit if they sont respond to you notice within stipulated time.
