Q: Association harassing over renovation work in Bangalore

I bought a property in a 15 year old building in Bangalore, and started renovations. I have not touched any RCC or load bearing walls, and broke interior brick walls to expand space. I also added a new bathroom that's connected in plumbing to an existing bathroom, where i reduced a bedroom space to accommodate it, instead of expanding to balcony like many others have done. nNow the association is threatening us to stop work because of noise (we informed ahead in writing about breakage, and that 8 weeks will be required for renovation). The association president trespassed without permission, and even brought his goons to video record inside without permission. He is threatening a court stay order - to stop work and not make the bathroom. nWhat are my options? Can the association legally stop renovation work? Bye laws do not mention any stop to renovation. And bye laws require permission before entry, unless there's an emergency.

Q: Account freezes from last 10 months but till now not removed yet.

I have received a notice by police inspector cybercrime police station notice 41(a) of code of criminal procedure Bengaluru district ( crime number 02/2022 U/S 66(d) IT act 2000 & 406,409,420 IPC) in August 2022 and he said to me present in person for further investigation. I have provide the all documents to Bandhan Bank Branch Manager which is need for that investigation by me but my account freeze not removed and I also the mail and call to cyber crime Bengaluru to know my full details but also this side no support to me. I want to know the how to solve this issue kindly help me because my account freeze from past 10 months.

Q: New car is not giving the minimum milage

I got The new Grand Vitara (Zeta) on 22 December 2022. The Nexa claims the milage of 19 to 28 kms.The car was giving milage at 10. While bringing this fact to light to the authorised showroom they said it will be alright after 1st service. The 1st service was done on 20 Jan 2023. After the 1st service also the Milage is still the same. And the car has run 622kms. Today's date is 28 Jan 2023. Can you please help me to follow up the steps legally

Deficiency of service from service provider. the promise was made to you that minimum service will be given but unfortunately no such mileage is promised . you can claim for a new car . or claim you money back
