Q: Is there any amount limit to mention in saving bank cheque
Have got saving account, one cheque with me from an individual name for the amount of 5lakhs he owes to me to my firm for the item purchased. Now he reluctant to return /provide amount. Is there any amount limit for s. b account cheque to produce to court. My financial and transaction records are perfect.

Dear Sir/ Mam, there in no limit to mention any amount in savings bank account, it is your account hence you have each and every right to withdraw the money in savings account. you will withdraw entire amount in your account at once, but maintain minimum balance as for the rules of the bank. it is yours or any body else, if the sufficient amount is not there then it will bounced, and it is an offence.

Dear Sir/Mam, Now this option is not available, in previous time there is an option to file the online complaint only through the kiosk established by the Bangalore police in certain areas only, now there is no online complaint options. if you are in Lucknow you may try to file complaint by approaching the official website of the Bangalore City Police https://bcp.gov.in/ and if you lost any articles or things then you can file online FIR through e-Lost Report App.
Q: Harrassment case on colleague during working hours ,scolded with slang
I'm from Karnataka,I'm working at one of the private company since 3.5years. One of my colleagues ,scold me with very bad words (Slang) ,if he get frustrated every time.And we do work for more than 10 hours a day and paid very less.Can I file a case on him? Can I file a harrassment case on him ?

Dear Sir/ Mam, First you want to intimate the same to your manager or higher authority by way of written or through mail and kept a copy of the same for your sake, after that if they did not take any action against your colleague then you approach the jurisdictional police station and gave the complaint and attache the copy of your previous complaint in your office, the police will take legal action. if police also not taken any action then you approach an advocate and file a private compliant in court.

Hi Sir/Madam, Myself working as a engineer, (Mtech) and my wife qualified M.com and went to work for 1/2 days. Ours marriage has happened on 9/2/2017. She don't know to cook and any house related work. if any elders says or guides her she is so cruel on them. And her parents are supporting for all the things, finally some issue come when she want to separate from my family. then she left the home on feb 2018. till now she is not came after repeated calling.
