Q: 7 days loan app harassment , The pressure has affected my work and personal

Hi, I took a loan from an instant loan app and now I’m stuck in a scam. Some of these apps have been removed from Play Store, while some are registered with NBFCs under RBI. However, they don’t appear in my CIBIL report. These apps disburse small amounts like ₹4,900 or ₹5,500 but demand repayment of ₹8,000 within just 6-7 days. Is this legal?

I have no money left to repay them. They have my Aadhaar and PAN card images, which they might misuse. They are also threatening to call my contacts, which they hacked from my phone. Should I repay them, or is this illegal? How can I stop 7 days loan app harassment?
