first information report lodge hui hai to high court mein article 226 mein writ file kar ke frist information report ko quash ke liye move kar sakte hain ya fir session court mein anticipatory bail file kar ke agrim jamanat liya ja sakta hai

Q: Mismatch of DOB between high school marksheet and adhaar card

I want to make passport but I have mismatch of DOB between my high school marksheet and adhaar card...

You go to the Aadhar center, take your marksheet and get your date of birth updated. It will be done in which your date of birth is correct or the one you want to get updated. If it is not happening then file a complaint with UIDAI and ask the reason for not doing it.

Q: Wrong Plot Alloted By Gorakhpur Industrial Development Authority

Gorakhpur Industrial Development Authority allotted one 600Sq Meter Industrial Plot to Me in Sector 28 GIDA. As per project map and allotment letter plot situated on two side road but in actual condition only one side road available on plot and second side road construction not possible to complete because the farmer not sold his plot to GIDA Gorakhpur. (i) is it acceptable that GIDA allotted land to me by indicating road on farmer land which is not in the hand of GIDA.(ii) where can file case

If you want a quick and effective remedy, you can file a writ petition in the Allahabad High Court stating that GIDA has acted arbitrarily and unfairly by showing a road in the layout without actually acquiring your land.

Q: Father and Mother name mismatch in 10 th cbse result.

I am a 17 years old boy and I have given my 10 th boards in the session 2024-25 and there is surname error in my father's and mother's name so I want to ask that there has not been so much time of releasing of cbse result only 4 months before it had released so can it be changed from my school from where I passed 10th if yes then what documents will be needed and how it could be done.

सबसे पहले डॉक्यूमेंट्स तैयार करेंसही नाम वाला Birth Certificate / Aadhar Card / PAN Card (Parents का)Affidavit (Notary से बनवाया गया, जिसमें सही नाम का उल्लेख हो)School records (Admission form / School Leaving Certificate) जिसमें सही नाम लिखा होगलती वाली मूल Marksheet / Certificate2. स्कूल से संपर्क करेंसबसे पहले उसी स्कूल में आवेदन दें जहाँ से आपने 10वीं की परीक्षा दी थी।स्कूल Principal के माध्यम से आपका आवेदन बोर्ड को भेजा जाएगा।3. आवेदन की प्रक्रिया (CBSE उदाहरण के तौर पर)CBSE या State Board के prescribed form में correction के लिए आवेदन करना होता है।आवेदन के साथ सभी supporting documents लगाने होंगे।निर्धारित fee जमा करनी होती है (Board के अनुसार अलग-अलग होती है)।4. समय सीमा (Limitation)CBSE में सामान्यत: 5 साल तक correction की अनुमति होती है, लेकिन State Boards की अलग-अलग rules हो सकते हैं।अगर ज्यादा समय निकल गया है, तो आपको Court order (declaration suit) की ज़रूरत पड़ सकती है।5.
