First of all, you need to take a bail in all your cases. if you want a counselling then before bail then what if doesn't work. after counselling withdrawal all cases against your declined herself. my concernd you take a bail and without bail not sure counseling.

No problem ,. First of all you have to file anticipatory bail for all accused person alleged by information report. after that you have to quashed FIR in Patna High Court after that you will be free in this Case .
