Q: How can i get my refund from an university
I took admission in sms varansi college to secure my seat, along with i applied Serval college/university as a normal student... Luckily i receive call later from government college, after it i wrote an application to management of sms college to return my original documents & fee i.e 47k they kindly return my doc but for fee they say they aren't inforceable by law to refund fee as per he mention in the form, but otherwise he will transfer my application to top level management, decision regarding this case comes in September 1st week... What i have right to refund my fees, even i cancel my enrollment before starting his classes and still her admission is open!

IT IS CONSUMER RELATED CASE.UNIVERSITY TAKEN FEE FOR THOSE SERVICES WHICH HE HAS NOT DONE.SO WE CAN GO TO CONSUMER COURT. GIVE A LEGAL NOTICE TO COLLEGE REGARDING THIS AND ASK TO RETURN THE FEE.IF HE DO NOT DO SO THEN GO TO CONSUMER COURT.
