Q: Family forcing to daughter in law to give money from the salary
Hi Team, My husband and in laws are demanding that I have to give my every month salary to them.Till now I given 75% salary to them and they enjoyed with my salary without doing any work including my husband. Now I got a kid and there is no single rupee saving with them. Now they are demanding that 25%salary which I saved previously along with my monthly salary. Otherwise they are not agreed to allow me to the house it seems.They don't think about the future and enjoy with others earn.So until I give salary they will keep me and then they will send me out for sure.I got married 3years back and got kid in 2017. My husband and in law's are demanding now when I came back from mom's place. And also they shifted the house without informing me and demanding monthly salary, previous savings, gold that my mom's kept for me.Now I took rental house which we stayed previously and staying with my months baby. Please let me know is there any law that we have to give every month salary to husband?

No law says to give salary to husband or in-laws...if u don't want to face matrimonial problems in future ,you should give up ur salary or else ask ur husband to set up separate house.....or if your salary is so important than you have to give up husband.and lead the life in yr own....my sincere advice not to give so important to yr salary rather than yr wonderful family bonds with husband and kid.....
Q: Wants to know the legal formalities to represent my own case in court
I am the complainant & the stage is cross examination of the accused. Since it is already 7 years old, it may not be possible to discuss each & every point with a lawyer in a short time. Since I was a close friend of the accused for 20 years, I hope to cross effectively. So, I want to conduct myself but the judge demands an application towards this. I need the format & the section No. of Cr.PC. that covers this. Or an ordinary application is suffice?

iwant to know under which sections, u have been chargesheeted??no need to file a application for representing your self. just u file a memo saying that, i am withdrawing the representation of my advocate and i am capable of crossexaming the witness . the judge shoud take ur application and may be allowed for CEthanq
