Hindu succession act gives you auto right by virtue from birth in parents property.The right can be supported by a lawful will issued by parents and this will need to be jointly vetted in the presence of witnesses.An amendment to this act was made in 2005 and thereafter only coparcener was termed to hindu daughters in Hindu undivided family.
