Q: Is it possible to not arrest accused as warrant date is after 4 days

Police is saying we cant keep accused in custody as the warrant date is after four-day from now. Is it true that police can't accussed despite warrant issued.

If warrant is issued to Accused and executed by the jurisdictional police, the police has to produce him before the Magistrate immediately after arrest. There is no need to wait till the hearing date.

Q: Bought refrigerator which was faulty and costed 13000 electricity bill

My two months old faulty refrigerator gave me more than thirteen thousand rupees electricity bill. Will I get the money back from the company?

Yes.Whether the issue is communicated to the seller or company?Proper documents are required to show the cause of high electricity bill is due to the fault of the refrigerator.Please let me know the status.

Q: What to do if GPA documents is not matching with Motherdeed

I have a situation wherein the the address in Motherdeed is not matching with one the GPA document could you please let me know if it is a advisable to buy that kind of property

Schedule property details should be the same in Motherdeed and GPA. It not advisable to purchase such property, when there is no power to GPA for a different schedule property which is not mentioned in GPA document.

Q: What are the rights of wife on deceased husband self acquired property

HI, Husband died suddenly, Husband brothers filed case of property partition , saying its a joint family property. But that property and bank account is in name of Husband , which is self acquired property. Wife and 2 daughters are being suffered and only source of income is the bank account and property owned by husband. How to appeal strong to get justice for wife and daughters? Right now its in MA type case, courst has ordered LCR. What could happen next? Let us know what we can do to get justice for wife and daughters? Thanks

A widow and her children are the legal heirs of the self earned property of her husband.Please let me know the detailed order of the lower Court. Without the details of the case, i could not discuss on this regard.

Q: What to do if Non bailable warrant is issued against me

Hi, I Have a Loan outstanding amount with A bank for rupees 1,09,000/- for which is am negotiating with the bank for a settlement. Bank has agreed that if i pay an amount of 15,000 this month next month they will be offering a settlement amount. Meanwhile there is case under 138 NI registered on me and a non bailiable warrent is issued to me today as i had a hearing in the court today and i failed to attend because i was informed not to attend if i need the settlement and if i make the settlement they will withdraw the case . i checked on the ecourts website the next hearing date is on 3/12/2018. Please advise what to do now how can i make sure this warrent is not executed. and also please advise when will i be aproached by police for arresting me. I dont want the police knocking on my door at any cost. need some one who can get me out of this sitiuation

Engage an Advocate, if not done. The warrant has to be recalled by advancement of the case. Warrant may be executed in a week, if all the warrant procedures are done by the Complainant side. I advice you not take any chance.
