Yes you can be Jailed and/or fined for downloading pirated movies/software both under the copyright act and the IT act. The latter part of your question is a little tricky. I dont think Police has the resources to actively trace such an activity and nither will anyone be bothered unless one uses these downloads for commercial or illegal use.

Yes. Absolutely Legal. Your Father's Sister's husband's brother's daughter will not come within the prohibited relationships under Hindu Marriage Act. You can either marry under HMA or Special Marriage Act.

A lot depends upon the local laws of Pakistan and the other country you want to stay in. If your child will be eligible for Indian citizenship. If you are in India just make sure that the hospital and municipal records of your child are done well, you can apply for a passport soon after.

I bought a saree from clothingplus.in for 999 this saree is not the one which they showed in picture design is different than what I ordered. Also quality is very cheap. On website they said they have 7 day return policy. I am contacting them to return it they are not even picking phone. I feel I am victim of online fraud.

If you have paid money to them into their bank account, it is advisable that you register a FIR in the Police station in whose jurisdiction the bank falls. Dont worry about the sections the police would take care of that. If it does not seem feasible for you then it is better to register a complaint on the website of the city police for an online fraud where the bank is located. If you have paid cash on delivery, well.. just dont do it next time.

It is very similar to treating COVID19 yourself.. you might get cured miraculously... but there are greater chances you would land up in the morgue. We spend years or studies, in mountains of books, hours of seminars, court observations to ensure justice is delivered. It cant be done overnight.
