Yes you can but if you are applying for bail you should show some change in the circumstances or else the application may get rejected on the basis of previous order itself. granting anticipatory bail to the accused petitioners. If there is a change of circumstances is shown in the latter application giving more materials, further developments and different considerations, you have better chance to succeed.

Q: Sister In Law's Family Threatens Of Filing Dowry Case.

my brother got married last December. Bhabhi had been torturing parents and brother in some ways. When we speak up her family threatens us of filing dowry case against us. Brother works in govt bank and father is retired army personnel. What can we do to keep us safe from all this?

First thing i would suggest is file a general complain before the Police Station so as to keep you safe in case they file any fake case against you, this will help you in getting bail if at all complaint is filed from there end.Also if your brother does not want to live with her wife file a divorce case before the family court

I am 19 years old and my partner complete 18 years, but her parents are abusive and torture her to marry someone else , so if she, report her family so where she live for 2 years, because my age is 19 years I have to wait till 21 for marriage, so there is a live-in relationship chance for 2 years ? then marriage and i am well settled boy ! answer please

Hello You can obviously go for a live-in relation and there is no law which can stop you to do so as you both are an adult and can make your own decisions. The only thing which is required is that you and your partner should be ready and willing and have consented to go for live-in relationship.

I have two things done in my name:1) Change the spelling of my first name.2) Change my surname/last name.What are the steps I need to complete the procedure so I can revise the same in all of my official documents ?

Its a simple process, what you basically have to do is get an affidavit for name change/spelling and that is good enough proof to be presented in any official requirement. An Affidavit of Name Change can help you prove you're who you say when you've changed your name.

If the respondent does not appear in the court even after several dates and after serving proper notice on him, thee Court may proceed ex-parte i.e. may pass the order without the appearance of the Respondent in the favour of the Plaintiff, if Plaintiff has sufficient evidence to prove his case.
