Q: loan amount recovery of Five lakhs

Please help me out with relevant case laws in relation to recovery of amount of Five lakhs . Concrete case laws to support my claim.

Advocate Rahul Bhaskar answered
You can definitely file a civil suit for recovery of the amount. However, you would need to provide the relevant documents and the factual circumstances in order for me to assist you. Q: A married women blackmailing me

Sir i came in relationship with a married women and m unmarried but due to her rude behaviour i dont want to continue but she threaten me to share pics chats and blackmailing me or bolti h Tera sb barbad krdungi sir kya kru Mai mentally tortured hora hu bhot

Advocate Rahul Bhaskar answered
The ideal way to proceed is by filing a police complaint, which will also be useful if she decides to file any fake case against you in the future. If she publishes the material on any website/forum, a simple civil suit seeking the removal of the content will be sufficient and you can also file a case against her for damages to your reputation. So don't worry.

Q: Forgery of Ecosport Car by doing forged signature of my late husband

I have filled 156(3) against it 1) how to deal if investigation officer has made wrong report by took bribe from my mother-in-law. 2) Also she is seeking for politian of our area who can support her in her wrongful act.3) i have an Order by RTO wherein it's mentioned that my mother in law has concealed the fact of my husband death and duly signed form 19&20.In property dispute I took stay from high court. Please help me out to get justice!

Advocate Rahul Bhaskar answered
I would need to have a look at the 156(3) application and the RTO order to get some clarity. Even if the ATR filed by the police states that no offence has been made out, that does not prevent the judge from directing the police to take appropriate action as long as you are able to convince that an investigation is required because an offence has been maid out. Kindly reach out and share the documents for more appropriate and specific legal advice.

Q: after losing case can go to mahila aayog, wrong words used in judgment

After losing case in court can a victim can go in mahila aayog because false allegation written in judgement against victim .

Advocate Rahul Bhaskar answered
Going to the mahila aayog will not give you any fruitful result. It is more sensible to file an appeal against the judgment and highlight that the Court has wrongly relied on the false allegations in delivering the judgement.
